Pricing 

**Free** Initial Consultation  – Duration 1 hour

Assessment Package – This service initiates an assessment process where we will follow a standard methodology of gathering data about your business and the way you work. We then analyse the data and provide a written report detailing findings and recommendations for positive changes.

Monthly Retainer – This service comes embedded with 8 hours consultancy time each month and the ability to draw down further hours at a reduced rate. Ideal for a businesses requiring ad hoc support and guidance. For example attendance at monthly company meetings and follow up actions.

Consultancy (General) – This service is a standard offering billed on an hourly rate. This works well for small pieces of work that are scoped and agreed in advance.

Projects – This service is built around larger tasks or a set of tasks that require dedicated resources until the completion of the project. Projects will be scoped in advance with an agreed set of requirements and expected outcomes.

Public Speaking – Available to speak at public or private events as a motivational speaker who will inspire and challenge your audience while making them laugh in the process.

Public Speaking and Coaching/Mentoring rates are based on your specific requirements and are uniquely priced.

Projects – Will be built on an individual basis and packaged based on deliverables.
